Lisa Craft Property Concierge

The home stays yours. The local details get handled.

A relationship-led model for remote owners who want capable local hands without surrendering control of their Airbnb or Vrbo account.

Property Concierge

The operating principle

Personal service without a percentage-management layer.

You control the listing, rates, reservations, guest relationship, and money.

Lisa supplies the local preparation and turnover layer: helping shape the home, organize what each stay requires, and connect owners with people who can solve mountain-property problems.

A local point of contact

A home feels cared for when the details have a person behind them.

Lisa’s service is practical and personal: helping owners anticipate what a mountain home needs, make arrival easier, and connect with trusted local help when the property is theirs but the day-to-day is not.

Earlier operating model

Confirm the current scope before relying on a price.

The terms below reflect earlier discussions, not a current quote. Confirm current fees, coverage, capacity, taxes and platform treatment in a written owner agreement.

GUESTPays the owner’s cleaning fee with the reservation
OWNERCollects booking funds and keeps platform control
LISAInvoices the owner for each completed turnover

The earlier model described no separate monthly coordination fee for the defined concierge scope, with turnover cleaning at $300 per completed stay. The owner may include a cleaning charge within the booking platform’s guest pricing and remains responsible for Lisa’s invoice and all approved vendor invoices. That earlier model described no percentage-management fee or vendor markup. Confirm whether optional food stocking and these terms are currently offered for the property.

Clear boundaries build trust

What this service is—and is not.

IT IS
  • Concierge consulting
  • Guest-ready preparation
  • Turnover cleaning
  • Local vendor coordination
  • Practical owner education
IT IS NOT
  • Control of your booking account
  • A promise of rental income
  • Legal, tax, or licensing advice
  • A hidden vendor markup

Prepare for the ownership conversation

Give every property task a clear scope.

Use the owner-readiness and winter guides before asking for a service proposal. Availability and terms require confirmation for your property.
